Payment Terms

FREE planning & consultation; 34% on commissioning design; 33% halfway; 33% on completion.
We typically bill in "thirds." Initial project estimates are FREE, but once a design has been commissioned then we require 34% of the total cost to begin work. For commissions valued at less than £500 the initial payment is £200 with the balance on completion.
Any additional work requested outside of the scope of the initial commission is billed separately and must be paid in full before it will be started.
Work requested to be completed within 12 hours, after 5 p.m. at a weekend or UK Bank Holiday will incur a 20% "Express Delivery" fee above normal prices.
