• Video - where possible, for maximum compatibility, we convert video to Flash (FLV) format.  If necessary we can optimised video to run using Apple Quicktime or Windows Media Player.
• Sound - ANY format sound file!  We can optimise these to create high quality, low-bandwidth MP3 files ..... ideal for Podcasts!  These can be organised within an easy to use player on a web page.
